  8. management and works with Exide Electronics' Powerware UPS's and network
  9. connectivity adapters (SNMP and non SNMP).  The product is comprised of 4
  10. packages:  1.  Basic:  provides complete monitoring and control of a single
  11. UPS system connected directly to a workstation or PC, 2.  Network:  extends
  12. the features of Basic to your distributed network, 3.  SNMP:  provides the
  13. features of Network within an environment using the standard SNMP network
  14. protocol, 4.  Lite:  provides a cost-effective remote shutdown of a
  15. workstation from a designated network management station where multiple
  16. workstations are powered by a single UPS.  OnliNet V3 provides a graphical
  17. user interface and includes meters, utility power graph, event log, battery
  18. data, active alarms, real-time network monitor for status of all UPS's on the
  19. network, timed shutdown for energy conservation.  OnliNet V3 for SCO UNIX
  20. provides simple communications to OnliNet NVX on Novell NetWare systems and to
  21. OnliNet V3 on other UNIX platforms, OS/2, Windows and Windows NT.
